This is a brand new 15 ft, HTP replacement welding gun. This gun is a direct replacement for a Miller MIG M-25 welding gun, Part # 169598.

The front end parts of this gun are completely interchangeable with the Miller gun - that's right, it uses the same 169 726 gas nozzle, the same 169 728 tip adapter, the same 169 729 nozzle adapter, and the same contact tips as the OEM Miller gun. You can see the heavy duty spring in both the handle and where the gun plugs into the machine, which offers a much better support system than the OEM gun.

Also, our handle has a good clean ergonomic design, so it fits in your hand better than the Miller gun. Plus it is color coded to match your machine.

You can also see the high quality of our cable assemblies. We insulate the crimp connection with shrink tubing to prevent any damage to the trigger wires. In the picture where we remoived the shrink tubing, you can see the solid copper crimp on the brass connection. And the last picture shows a cut-a-way of the cable assembly. You see the liner going into Inner Tube.

The wire runs down through the liner. Between the liner and the inner tube is where the gas flows, and you can see how the copper wires which carry the welding current and the trigger wires are coaxially wound around the inner tube.

Then the entire cable is insulated with a rubber outer cover. We build our Miller replacement guns with the same quality we build into the HTP welding guns we use on every HTP MIG welder! This 15ft long gun will handle. It will feed all types of wire, steel wire using gas, flux cored wire requiring no gas, stainless steel wire, and with a teflon liner, you can feed aluminum wire. It comes standard with a. 035''diameter tip in the welding gun.
